There’s a death coming on The Originals, and Season 1, Episode 20 (“A Closer Walk With Thee”) is going to have the aftermath of this high profile death. The synopsis for the previous episode all but promised that Father Kieran would be meeting his maker, finally giving into the hex the witches placed on him a while back.
During a “celebratory wake to honor a fallen member of the community” (the preacher, duh),Hayley (Phoebe Tonkin) will come up against a new threat to herself and her unborn hybrid baby. This leaves Klaus (Joseph Morgan) and Elijah (Daniel Gillies) no choice but to turn to Genevieve(Elyse Levesque) for the witch community’s help. The only problem? She has absolutely no control over the witches, led by Davina (Danielle Campbell).
And in true Hamlet fashion, Klaus is going to have haunting memories of his dear ol’ dad that make him examine his toxic relationship with Marcel (Charles Michael Davis), his own adoptive son. Daddy issues galore. See more
